1. Introduction
Welcome to xHostify. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site or our services.

2. Account Eligibility
By registering for our services, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. 3. Payments and Billing
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayFast (Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Accounts, Mobile Wallets) and other listed payment methods.
- Billing Cycle: Services are billed in advance on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay for services by the due date may result in immediate suspension of your account.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Important)
We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Hosting Services: We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Shared Hosting plans. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you will receive a full refund.
- Non-Refundable Items: Domain Names, VPS Servers, Dedicated Servers, and SSL Certificates are non-refundable once activated.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time via the client portal.
5. Service Delivery Policy
- Instant Activation: Upon successful payment confirmation, Shared Hosting and Domain services are activated instantly. Login details are sent to your registered email address immediately.
- Delayed Activation: VPS or Dedicated servers may take up to 24-48 hours for setup and activation.
6. Acceptable Use Policy (Prohibited Content)
xHostify has a zero-tolerance policy for the following content. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund:
- Phishing, Scamming, or Fraudulent sites.
- Spamming or Bulk Email marketing.
- Copyright Infringement (Warez, DMCA ignored content).
- Adult/Pornographic content.
- Illegal Gambling or Betting sites.
- Any content that violates the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
7. Limitation of Liability
xHostify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions. We recommend all users maintain their own off-site backups.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your data.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
